At fabric.com, we stand behind our products 100%. All items purchased at fabric.com carry a 30-day no questions asked money back guarantee. Fabrics that are cut, washed, or altered are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. We will be unable to issue refunds after 30 days from purchase. Please contact us for an authorized return label to avoid delays in processing your return.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our facility. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Free Return Shipping

Fabric.com will pay for the shipping fee associated with authorized domestic returns (within the 30 day guarantee period). Please contact Customer Service to ensure that your return has been authorized. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
