In 1999, Stephen launched Fabric.com and quickly proved the skeptics wrong. People love to purchase fabric online. Because of his long experience in the textile industry, Stephen understood the importance sewing enthusiasts put on price, selection, and convenience. At fabric.com, all of these requirements have been fulfilled.
Prior to fabric.com, Stephen founded Phoenix Textiles Group, Inc. in 1993. Stephen's diverse background also includes time as a lawyer, a principal in a real estate development company, and President of Atlanta Textile Company. Stephen is married to Annette Friedman and they have two girls, Alexandra and Halle.
