If you find there is a product you do not want, please contact us and we will assist you on the return of that merchandise. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 30-day guarantee has expired.

Upon receipt of your return it takes 10-15 business days to process your return and credit our account. The credit will be processed against the original form of payment. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Fabric.com will pay for the shipping fee associated with authorized domestic returns. Authorized returns must be within the 30 day guarantee period. Please contact Customer Service to ensure that your return has been authorized. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Swatches Available

We do sell samples of most of our fabrics. Look for the "Order Swatch" icon associated with each fabric. This will indicate if a swatch is available for that particular fabric or not. Please note that swatches can not be returned for a refund or for store credit.

Because many of the fabrics we stock are non reorderable and are special purchases, there is the possibility that a fabric could sell out by the time you receive your swatch.
