Tulle, frequently referred to net or netting, is a light-weight, very fine netting that is most commonly used for veils, gowns (particularly wedding gowns), costumes, floral arrangements, gift baskets and ballet tutus. It is also a widely used crafting fabric in many unique crafting projects.
