Ty Pennington actually has hands-on involvement with his fabric collections. He used photographs from his travels, made wood-block stamps of the patterns, then actually stamped them onto cloth in his own backyard to see how they looked. The finished product is fabulous and knowing Ty did the fabric designs himself is inspiring!
