- 1 1/8 yards Shibori Knit Fabric (we used a Telio Jersey Knit)
- Rotary Cutter or Scissors
- Serger or Sewing Machine
- Jersey Needle
Cut fabric to 56 inches wide by 40 inches long.
Fold the fabric so it's 56 inches wide by 20 inches long, right sides together. Pin along the short edges, marking 6 inches up from the bottom.
Serge or sew with a jersey needle and stretch stitch from the bottom edge up 6 inches to create an arm hole. Repeat for the other side.
Hem the arm holes and bottom of the scarf. However, you can choose to leave the edges unfinished since the knit fabric won't fray.
Wear it with both arms through the arm holes as a wrap, doubled up as a scarf, or put one arm hole around your neck to cozy up in it as a blanket. This easy wrap scarf also makes for a stylish nursing cover
