There is no such thing as 'too many dresses'! Follow this step-by-step tutorial to create your own knit tank dress for this season.

Here's what you'll need:
- 2.5 yards of Telio Stretch Bamboo Rayon Jersey Knit Tie Dye Black
- Tank top or a bodysuit you own to trace the pattern
- Fabric Scissors
- Thread
- Sewing machine
- Measuring tape
Let's get started!
Step 1
Lay a tank top or bodysuit you own and like the fit of on your fabric folded so there are 2 layers. I chose a high neck tank I own to complete this look. You can also use a regular tank for the fit and eyeball the high neckline!

Step 2
Cut one side tracing your top, adding 2 cm of allowance

Step 3
Then fold the cut side over to cut the other side with symmetry

Step 4
Right sides together, sew down the sides.

Step 5
Hem the armholes. I used a double rolled hem.

Step 6
Measure around your neck

Step 7
Right sides together, sew the length of the neckband leaving a 2 inch gap (to turn through later on)

Step 8
Push one end inward, line up with the other end right sides together and sew a straight stitch attaching all 4 layers of fabric.

Step 9
Cut excess bulk seam allowance for this seam.

Step 10
Turn your neckband right side out through the 2 inch gap you left earlier

Step 11
Top stitch the neckband to the top

Step 12
Hem the bottom of the dress & you are done!
