Rated 4 out of 5 by from Totes Adorbs! I bought this fabric hoping it was the same as the high quality baby blankets that are so popular now but it is not. It is the same type that has been around for years - not sure why its called double guaze. It shrinks, its very lightweight, not as soft, and after being washed the cut was very diagonal - pretty much what I expect from guaze. I ordered extra to plan for shrinkage and glad I did because I didn't plan for the wonky cut. That being said, the giraffe print is ADORABLE and I'm very happy with my purchase! I live in Arizona and wanted the airy fabric for an infant seat cover. After draping it I realized I needed to add a heavier fabric (purchased elsewhere) to weigh it down in case of a breeze and I'm very happy with the result! Despite the negatives, I'd order again. In fact, I'm trying to think of something else to make out of guaze.
