Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have to wash it... I bought the periwinkle version of this, and it arrived very stiff and scratchy, but a trip through the washer with some fabric softener fixed it right up. It is very loosely woven, but very lightweight, and more drapey than I thought it would be.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stiff and scratchy I was hoping to make pajamas out of this fabric. The pattern and the colors are lovely and perfect, and I was very eager to start. However, the term "Double Gauze" must not mean anything to the people who make this because this fabric felt like poorly woven, untreated cotton muslin more than anything else. The fabric is stiff and scratchy, and the selvedge edge has printed on it "Not intended for use as children's sleepwear". So it's not okay to use as sleepwear, but it's okay to advertise as okay for baby blankets and bedding? No. Way. Don't bother getting this, it's a complete waste of money. "Soft hand" -- more like "Sandpaper hand".
